Discussion Description: The persisting under-representation of women and minorities in physics can be linked to a myriad of factors such as pervasive feelings of inadequacy, lack of social support, negative stereotypes, harassment and struggles with work-life balance. The discussion session begins with presentations by four women from four generations, followed by interaction with the audience.
